TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before continuing to commission me. Commissioning means paying me to make an artwork (a "Piece") for you.

  • I retain the right to outright refuse any offer with no further explanation.

  • Payment will be exclusively in USD over PayPal, via invoice. The invoice will be created and shared to you once we agree on the commission's terms (i.e. What is being drawn, the price, specific requirements etc.).

  • (NOTE: My PayPal is registered under my deadname, Stevan. Unfortunately there isn't a lot I can do about this but don't let it surprise you, you're not being scammed by someone whose name you can't pronounce.)

  • Turnaround depends on a few things but will be 2 weeks MAXIMUM if I don't have anything else in queue before your commission.

  • Full or partial refunds will be available if either:
    a) I am unable to finish the Piece
    b) You wish to cancel your commission for whatever reason (you don't have to provide a reason and I will not ask you.)

  • No refunds after the Piece is finished.

  • I will draw just about anything (to my ability, make sure to ask). This includes NSFW art, but I will not under any circumstances draw NSFW material for minors (not even if you turn 18 the next day).

  • I will make adjustments and small changes to a Piece after the fact ("small" is relative, feel free to ask if you need anything, I'll let you know what "small" means in that case, but it mostly refers to things like patterns being wrong, the colour of something such as the lighting being wrong, etc. If it takes me less than around 10 minutes to do then it most certainly counts.)

  • You will have full, irrevocable permission to do anything you want with my Piece so long as it's not impossible to trace it back to me. (You can do anything as long as you credit me somewhere. This is purely so that other people can find me if they want to see who made the art)

  • That being said, you have the ability to do whatever you want, but if that ends up being something illegal or otherwise reprehensible, I will not be held accountable, liable or responsible.

Note: Prices can change at any time and likely will not remain this way for good.Custom character designs aren't anything extra and I'll only charge you the price of the art.

Additional characters are +50% of the BASE PRICE each.
If you're looking for something different, such as a scene or something that isn't vaguely human-shaped, feel free to ask and we can discuss exactly what that counts as. I'm always willing to meet in the middle.

"Fullbody": The image depicts the character in their entirety.
"Halfbody": The image stops at around the waist, and includes the head, torso, and arms in their entirety.
"Icon": Anything smaller than that, I.E. a headshot or a bustshot.

"Sketch" is a cleaned up sketch, it's messy and mostly uncoloured.
"Lined" is a fully lined AND coloured drawing.
"Shaded" is the same as Lined, though it has lighting, shading, and other details.Note: The style of the drawing doesn't impact the price. Pixel art, lineless, and normal lined art all take roughly the same effort and time to do, and so are the same price.
